Can all I use your bars on my body?

Should I use the yoni bar on the outside or inside of my vagina?

Please consult with your physician before using the Luxe Yoni Soap. The bar is intended for external use only.

Will the Clarity soap cause dryness?

Clarity is intended to focus on acne prone skin. It may cause temporary irritation and/or dryness depending on your skin type. After using the Clarity bar, please follow with one of our toners and facial moisturizers. If dryness persists, please consult with your physician.

What is the difference between Splash and Faded?

Both soaps contain all natural ingredients to aide in skin issues such as eczema and psoriasis. Faded has additional ingredients to target hyperpigmentation.

Why are the bars different colors and are the ingredients the same?

All of our products are handcrafted, therefore you will see variation in the colors selected for our bar soaps. Although the colors may change, the all natural ingredients remain the same.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Our normal processing timeframe is 5-7 business days (M-F). During sale events or natural disasters/pandemics, your order may be delayed in processing. We will try our best to adhere to our normal processing timeframes during unprecedented times.

How will I know when my order has shipped?

You may receive multiple notifications throughout the order process. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Your package(s) can be tracked via the USPS website.

How long is shipping?

The only method of shipping we offer is Priority Mail via the United States Postal Service. The delivery timeframe can range from 2-3 business days but can change due to inclement weather or other situations (i.e. pandemics)

What happens if my order is returned to sender?

If your order is returned to sender, you will be responsible for the cost to re-ship your package. Luxe Lather will not be liable for any shipping issues at fault of USPS. In the event that you choose not to pay a shipping fee AND the package has been returned in excellent condition, we will issue a credit for purchase (minus shipping) to be used exclusively at luxe-lather.com. Due to nature of the product we sell, all purchases are non-refundable.

Can I add or cancel my order once it is placed?

Once your order has been processed, we are unable to make changes. Please email us to determine if changes can be made to your order. Orders that require a change in your order total cannot be modified under any circumstances.

What happens if I entered incorrect mailing address information?

If you realize the error within 24 hours of placing your order, contact us via email to determine if the change can be made. Any requests received more than 24 hours after your purchase will not be honored. Luxe Lather is not responsible or incorrect shipping information entered during the order process.

Your website is showing out of stock, when will you restock?

Our goal is to replenish our stock on a bi-weekly calendar. This may be delayed at times of heavy volume (i.e. during a sale).
